Although primarily a commuter College, Paier College of Art gladly assists students in their search local apartments, if requested. The list below details the main apartment complexes in the immediate area that Paier students often frequent. Townhouses and residential homes are also available, but change frequently. • Circular Gardens: The most popular choice of Paier students. Circular Gardens (listed also as Oxford Gardens) is located directly across from our Fine Art building on Gorham Avenue 1 to 2 bedroom options available. Rent can vary from $900 to $1100 (split between roommates if applicable.)

• Seramonte: Located 5 minutes driving distance from the college campus, this apartment complex sits next to Hamden's shopping plazas (Ideal for students searching for part time jobs?) Prices range $713 to $2500, with up to 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Roommate opportunity!

• Chestnut Hill East: Located 'closer' to Hamden Town Hall. Nice apartments with multiple bedroom options. However, a studio single will run $760, and 2 bedrooms can cost as much as $1,300 (not a huge price reduction once split between roommates, but a savings none the less.

• Chestnut Hill North: Once again near the shopping district, 'North' is located only minutes away from the Paier campus. Unlike 'East', up to 3 bedrooms are available at $1,300, leaving the price per roommate within reach. This apartment has heat and hot water listed as include amenities.
