Non-Matriculation Admissions Application Form
Non-matriculation is for students who wish to enroll in a class/course without entering a program.
The fee for the application is $10.00.
At this time, you will need to download and complete the application and mail the completed application to:

The Immunization Record is not neccessary for non-matriculated students.
